The Bellperson/Driver is a full‑time position responsible for safely transporting guests, providing luggage assistance, and ensuring a courteous, professional experience. The role requires anticipating guest needs, exceeding expectations, and implementing creative solutions to deliver exceptional service.

Shift

Schedule:

Either AM shifts (6 am – 2 pm) or PM shifts (2 pm – 11 pm). Weekend availability is required.

• Transport guests safely to their destinations, provide information and luggage assistance, and maintain a friendly, positive demeanor.
• Assist guests by knowledge of hotel property, amenities, local area, and operating hours of hotel outlets.
• Complete required vehicle logs, safety checks, and maintain clean, presentable vehicles.
• Adhere to cost‑control practices, reduce unnecessary trips, and maintain proper use and basic maintenance of hotel vehicles and equipment.
• Follow all traffic laws and hotel safety procedures, including preventive maintenance, DOT requirements, and emergency protocols.
• Plan, organize, and prioritize work duties to meet required volumes; attend required department and hotel meetings.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; appropriate class for hotel vehicles.
• Minimum age 18 years for insurance purposes.
• Prior hotel or related guest‑service experience preferred.
• Attention to detail, customer‑focused, and capable of performing job duties in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 pounds regularly during shifts.

Compensation: $15 per hour.
