Position: Senior ServiceNow Developer with Security Clearance
Job Description We are looking for a Senior level Service Now Developer to join our visible technical program driving the Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) cloud platform that supports collection, management and analysis of digital engineering information in an architecture that provides seamless digital thread and enables tool interoperability, including data structures suitable for AI applications. This program delivers engineering services for Linux and Windows cloud-based infrastructure as well as sophisticated enterprise computing infrastructure with Service Now at the center (hub and spoke architecture).

Infrastructure includes modern application technology including both out of box and customer solutions with orchestrated workflows with customer tool APIs. Responsibilities:
* Create, deploy and maintain Service Now infrastructure and related APIs for all customer applications in an AWS cloud-based environment
* Create and maintain complex roles and permissions through Service Now to ensure customer data integrity and security
* Utilize Dev Sec Ops  tools to include Foreman, Git Lab, Selenium to deploy, upgrade, and maintain Tool changes
* Architect and maintain IdAM, Active Directory, LDAP resources to work with Service Now
* Work within complex modern cloud architectures
* Create and update technical documentation (e.g., user guides, 'how to' guides, infrastructure diagrams)
* Prepare technical presentations for government and senior leadership
* Work effectively in a group environment
* Create automated testing plans
* Work across infrastructure that contains both Linux and Windows
* Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical, management and customer both written and verbally
* Utilize robust troubleshooting skills
* Instill and apply solid engineering rigor, to include configuration management, testing
* Develop/engineer as part of an Agile scrum team #LI-DE1 XYZ Required Education, Experience, & Skills We are actively seeking candidates with 10-15 years' Service Now experience. Bachelor's or Master's degree in a STEM field is required. Specific skills include the following:
* At a minimum, meet DOD 8570 requirements (Security+ CE Certification)
* Possess Service Now Certifications
* Expertise working with Service Now utilizing Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), test automation and / or Dev Sec Ops  on iterative development projects
* Solid administrative/engineering rigor
* Solid ability to verify and validate Service Now and systems integrated with Service Now (end to end and regression)
* Expert troubleshooting and solutioning skills
* Experience with Cloud architecture and system design (prefer AWS, but will consider Azure)
* Strong documentation skills
* Familiar with Agile Methodologies
* Ability to accurately decompose tasks for Jira stories
* Experience and comfortability with Basic Dev Ops Tooling (Foreman, Terraform, Jenkins, Git Lab)
* Experience with automated testing tools (Selenium) and experience developing automated test plans for both security and functional requirements
* Familiarity with customer system security requirements and processes
* Preparation and maintenance of Service Now components
* Experience with Service Now Discovery, Flow Designer, and SAM
* Experience with Dev Sec Ops  testing
* Solid Understanding of Active Directory and LDAP
* Solid understanding of all security related requirements in secure environments
* Experience configuring and instrumenting monitoring and visualization tools (Grafana, Splunk) to work with Service Now Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
* Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
* Experience with Cloud solution optimization
* Experience configuring and instrumenting tools providing end to end visibility, monitoring, and analytics (App Dynamics, Dyna Trace)
* Integration of virtualized applications and application streaming or layering techniques
* Assist with leading and overseeing a total system perspective including technical understanding of relationships, dependencies and requirements of cloud services, infrastructure and security domains
* SharePoint admin experience
* IBM Enterprise Lifcycle Management experience
* Team Work Cloud/Cameo experience
* Tableau experience Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $146670 - $249330
