Service Now Developer, TS/SCI with a CI Polygraph Security Clearance Required, Sterling, VA
We are seeking a skilled Service Now Developer to join the team in support of Federal Government clients. As the Service Now Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining custom applications and integrations on the Service Now platform. Qualified candidates must have an active TS/SCI and be able to obtain a CI Polygraph Security Clearance. This position is 100% Onsite.
- Develop custom applications, workflows, and integrations on the Service Now platform.
- Collaborate with business analysts, administrators, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and design effective solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using Service Now best practices and coding standards.
- Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure the quality and reliability of developed solutions.
- Integrate Service Now with other systems and tools used by Federal Government clients.
- Optimize application performance and scalability.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and other team members.
- Stay current with Service Now updates, patches, and new features.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Service Now Developer.
- Service Now Certified Application Developer Certification.
- Strong proficiency in Service Now scripting languages, such as JavaScript and Angular.js.
- Experience with Service Now APIs, integrations, and web services.
- Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and best practices, such as Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL).
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools, such as Scrum and Jira.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to obtain and maintain an active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph Security Clearance.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field.
- Service Now Certified Integration Specialist Certification.
- Experience working with Federal Government clients and understanding of their requirements.
- Knowledge of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), Human Resources (HR), and Customer Service Management (CSM) Service Now applications.
