Senior Servicenow Developer​/Engineer; Ci Polygraph

SENIOR SERVICENOW DEVELOPER/ENGINEER (CI POLYGRAPH REQUIRED)

North Hill Technology Resources has a need for an a Senior Service Now Developer
to support a Federal Program in Sterling, VA
.This is a direct-hire role with our client, a fast-growing Federal Integrator.
An active TS/SCI Clearance and CI Polygraph is required.

• 10 years Service Now experience plus a Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Must meet DOD 8140 requirements (Security+ CE Certification at minimum)
• Must possess Service Now Certifications
• Demonstrated expertise as a senior Service Now engineer delivering similar scope projects
• Understanding of all security related requirements in secure environments
• Familiar with Agile Methodologies and ability to accurately decompose tasks for Jira stories
• Expert troubleshooting and solutioning skills
• Strong technical documentation skills

• STEM degree
• Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
• Experience configuring tools providing end to end visibility, monitoring, and analytics (e.g. App Dynamics, Dyna Trace)
• Integration of virtualized applications and application streaming or layering techniques
• Experience leading and overseeing a total system perspective including technical understanding of relationships, dependencies and requirements of cloud services, infrastructure and security domains
• Experience with IBM Enterprise Lifecycle Management, Team Work Cloud/Cameo experience, Microsoft Project and/or Tableau
