We’re on a mission to help people unlock their full potential — and we’re looking for a Studio Manager to lead our studio team, drive business growth, and deliver an exceptional member experience.
- Lead daily operations by overseeing all aspects of studio performance, staff management, and member satisfaction.
- Recruit, hire, train, and coach a high‑performing team of Sales Associates and Coaches to exceed studio goals.
- Drive membership sales by managing lead follow‑up, building strong client relationships, and maximizing studio utilization.
- Create a strong, positive studio culture focused on customer service, teamwork, and personal growth.
- Execute local marketing initiatives and organize in‑studio and community events to build brand awareness and generate leads.
- Monitor and manage KPIs including revenue, retention, sales conversions, and client satisfaction metrics.
- Maintain operational excellence by ensuring the studio is clean, safe, fully stocked, and compliant with brand standards.
- Serve as the face of BODY
20® within the community, building partnerships and representing the brand with energy and professionalism.
- 2+ years in fitness sales or studio management (Boutique Fitness preferred)
- Track record of hitting and exceeding sales goals
- Strong leadership, coaching, and customer service skills
- Highly organized, self‑motivated, and community‑driven
