. This position offers a unique opportunity to lead a boutique fitness studio.

BODY
20 is a new boutique fitness studio using FDA‑cleared Electric Muscle Stimulation (EMS) technology. One 20‑minute workout is equivalent to hours in the gym, providing a high‑intensity, low‑impact training experience.

• Accountable for meeting studio sales revenue goals and daily activity targets (e.g., 100 calls to leads a day).
• Sell memberships to leads who come in for a demo workout.
• Develop relationships with local businesses to plan and execute off‑site marketing and sales events to generate more leads.
• Become a certified trainer with the EMS device to fill in and train members when required.
• Lead the team of coaches, exchanging best practices and driving continuous improvement.
• Hire and train new coaches, managing their certification process.
• Manage all aspects of the studio’s daily operations, including staff scheduling, member service escalations, cleanliness, invoicing, and promotions.
• Implement and roll out promotions and other corporate programs in the studio.
• Evaluate employee performance and create improvement action plans as required.
• Manage social media channels.

• Passion for health and wellness.
• Previous experience in a management role.
• Previous experience in a sales role, with excitement for sales.
• Strong leadership and communication skills—lead by example and be willing to step in any role temporarily when required.
• Comfort working on multiple concurrent activities while maintaining detail focus.
• Energetic and friendly disposition.
• Certification in personal training or fitness instruction is a plus.

• Full‑time role – 40+ hours in the studio weekly; may include a weekend day depending on scheduling needs. Not remote.
• Compensation: base salary of $50,000 plus variable compensation for new member sales and bonuses for meeting/exceeding revenue and profitability targets, with a path to $80K+ total compensation.
