The Role
The Assistant Studio Manager supports studio operations, drives membership sales, and delivers high-quality 1:1 BODY
20® EMS sessions.
- Drive personal membership sales by conducting in-studio sales consultations
- Manage the sales funnel by making calls, text messages & emails to leads to book them for in-studio demonstration workouts
- Deliver safe, effective, and personalized 1-on-1 BODY
20® coaching sessions for members when required - Build strong client relationships and ensure an exceptional in-studio experience
- Support local marketing events and grassroots lead generation efforts
- Help maintain studio cleanliness, organization, and equipment standards
- Assist in other areas of studio operations to grow the business
- 1+ year of experience in fitness, sales, coaching, or studio operations.
- Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) through NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, NSCA, or equivalent (optional, but preferred).
- Energetic, team-oriented, sales-driven, and passionate about helping people succeed.
