Production Lead

You will guide production teams, support equipment reliability, and uphold the quality and safety standards that keep our operations running at a high level. • Position Type: Full-Time/Hourly (Non-Exempt)
• Pay Range: $24.24–$26.50 per hour (based on skills and experience)
• Work Location: Onsite – Sterling, IL 61081 (Building
  2)
• Shift: 4:30 AM – 2:30 PM

• Lead and coordinate daily shift activities to ensure production goals are met safely and efficiently.
• Perform equipment setup, basic maintenance, and troubleshooting to resolve technical and quality issues.
• Assist with machinery operation to maintain consistent production flow.
• Complete production records and required documentation accurately and on time.
• Maintain clear communication across shifts and with management to ensure continuity.
• Reassign team members as needed to support workflow, coverage, and changing production demands.
• Inspect materials, products, and equipment to verify compliance with quality standards.
• Champion process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Coach team members on processes, policies, and performance expectations.
• Assist with data collection and reporting for key production metrics.
• Follow all Safety, Environmental, and Quality policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED
• 4+ years of manufacturing experience, including operating powered industrial equipment
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage complex issues
• Comprehensive working knowledge of production processes and equipment
• Experience providing leadership, coaching, or mentoring to a production team
