Key Responsibilities- Assemble data logger units using PCBA components, wiring, enclosures, and various mechanical tools.
- Use wrenches, screwdrivers, and other hand tools to perform accurate mechanical assembly.
- Follow detailed Work Instructions (WI), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and assembly drawings to ensure consistent and high-quality builds.
- Support product testing on the production line, including functional tests, basic troubleshooting, and documentation of test results.
- Report defects or assembly issues to supervisors, technicians, or engineering teams.
- Maintain a clean, well-organized workstation and actively participate in a strong 5S program.
- Adhere to all safety rules, guidelines, and best practices to promote a safe work environment.
- Collaborate with team members and support daily production goals.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in assembly or electronics manufacturing preferred.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions, diagrams, and SOPs.
- Basic understanding of hand tools and mechanical assembly practices.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Willingness to learn, support team activities, and uphold 5S and safety standards.
- Fast-paced production and assembly environment.
- Requires use of hand tools and handling of small components.
- May require standing for extended periods and lifting materials as needed.
US only: $18.00 – $22.00 USD per hour.
