Jefferson Millwork & Design is looking for a motivated and dependable individual to join our team as a PM Loader / Entry‑Level Craftsman. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, learning new skills, and contributing to a team dedicated to quality craftsmanship and efficient production. No millwork experience is required – just a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and an appreciation for creating high‑quality work.

• Prepare, label, scan, and load materials for next‑day delivery.
• Operate basic woodworking and cutting machinery.
• Learn and apply millwork and craftsmanship skills as part of daily operations.
• Assist with material handling, lifting, and movement of heavy items as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.

• Prior manual labor experience preferred.
• Enjoys working with their hands and being active throughout the day.
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials regularly.
• Basic familiarity with hand and power tools (e.g., sanders, drills, jigsaws, clamps) preferred but not required.
• Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Energetic, dependable, and willing to take initiative.
• Desire to learn woodworking and develop millwork craftsmanship skills.
• Team player who values quality and precision.
