• Set and reset tables efficiently to accommodate guests and ensure a smooth flow of service.
• Clear and clean tables, taking care to remove used dishes, glassware, and utensils.
• Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to guest tables.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including sweeping and spot-cleaning as needed.
• Collaborate with the restaurant team to provide exceptional guest service and respond to guest needs promptly.

• Previous experience as a Busser in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with the restaurant team.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices.
• Stand and walk for long shifts.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs (e.g. bus tubs, trays).
• Bend, stoop, and reach frequently.
• Push/pull carts and trash bins.
• Work within a fast-paced environment.
