Food Service Worker

Overview

Join Flik Hospitality Group as a full‑time Food Service Worker at Capital One Lounge near Sterling, VA. The role supports daily food service operations, prepares and presents meals, and delivers friendly customer service.

• Prepare food by washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding fruits and vegetables.
• Weigh, measure, and store ingredients and food products according to safety and rotation procedures.
• Carry pans, kettles, and trays of food to and from work stations, stove, and refrigerator in a safe manner.
• Clean work areas, equipment, and utensils, and distribute supplies and portable equipment.
• Use approved food recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures, and portion control.
• Serve customers efficiently and courteously following outlined steps of service.
• Resolve customer concerns and relay relevant information to supervisors.
• Ensure compliance with company service standards, inventory, and cash control procedures.
• Adhere to all sanitation and safety requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Prior experience in customer service and food service is required. Candidates must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without a reasonable accommodation.
