  Full‑time and part‑time schedules; days and hours may vary. Opening and closing shifts are available. More details upon interview.
• Requirement:
  Prior food service or dishwashing experience preferred.
• Pay: $20.00 per hour.

Maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in an orderly and sanitary condition.

• Scrape and rinse food from dirty dishes and wash them by hand or place them in racks or on a conveyor to the dishwashing machine depending on assigned equipment, ensuring complete cleanliness and sanitation.
• Wash pots, pans, and trays according to assigned procedures, ensuring complete cleanliness and sanitation.
• Polish silver using burnishing machine, tumbler, chemical dip, buffing wheel, and hand cloth depending on assigned equipment and procedures, ensuring complete cleanliness and sanitation.
• Ensure compliance with outlined safety procedures.
• Maintain temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by provided standards.
• Keep the dish area orderly and in compliance with safety standards.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
• Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food prep surfaces.
• Remove trash and place it in designated containers. Steam clean or hose out garbage cans.
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Help load and unload supplies and products.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
