Position Overview
Shift Leader at Flynn Group (Flynn Wendy’s) – a premier franchise operator with over 190 restaurants across the Washington, DC‑Baltimore Area and surrounding states.
ResponsibilitiesWe are currently hiring Shift Leaders who are motivated people with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish a team that works well together, increase profits, and provide outstanding service. The Shift Leader takes the lead to tackle problems, seeks help from others when appropriate, and is willing to provide help and mentorship to their team.
QualificationsPrior restaurant experience is preferred. Ability to work flexible hours, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering high‑quality customer service are essential.
