UA Dulles Club C4 - Washington Dulles Airport, 2332 Sterling, VA 20166. Online applications accepted only.

Schedule:

Full-time;
Tuesday through Saturday, 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm. More details upon interview.

• Ensures tables are bussed, cleared and cleaned and floors are swept during peak service times and prepped prior to service.
• Follows safety procedures when transporting dishes and utensils from the front of the house to the kitchen using trays, bus tubs or carts.
• Washes dishes, glasses and pots; cleans cooking stations and equipment to maintain sanitation and ensure smooth service.
• Scrapes and rinses food from dishes; washes by hand or uses a dishwashing machine as appropriate; ensures complete cleanliness and sanitation.
• Keeps display equipment clean and in compliance with safety and sanitation standards during meal service.
• Assists receiving heavy deliveries from dock and transports them to assigned storage areas while observing safe lifting standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Ensures proper presentation, portion control and maintenance of serving temperatures; follows HACCP standards.
• Personal commitment to safety of yourself and others.
• Abides by all Company policies and procedures including but not limited to:
  • Use of medium-weight cut gloves when handling or using knives, peelers, choppers, mandolins or cleaning slicers.
  • Use of oven mitts, fryer gloves or steamer gloves when handling hot pans from ovens, warmers or steam tables.
  • Slip-resistant shoes and proper lifting techniques.
