This role is a key part of Sam’s Club’s fresh food team, helping keep shelves stocked and customers satisfied. The Freezer, Cooler and Deli Stocker ensures product quality, safety, and a welcoming in‑store experience.

$18.00/hr - $25.00/hr

• Maintain safety standards by conducting safety sweeps, following forklift spotting and hazardous material handling procedures, and reporting unsafe situations.
• Stock and present products in the freezer/cooler/deli area, including zoning, receiving, packing, and organizing displays.
• Verify expiration dates, monitor temperature controls, and dispose of lower‑quality products to keep inventory fresh.
• Provide member service by acknowledging members, locating merchandise, helping with purchasing decisions, and resolving issues promptly.
• Sanitize and clean the freezer/cooler/deli area, including windows, mirrors, display cases, and equipment, following company guidelines.
• Complete required audits, paperwork, logs, and other documentation as directed by management.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Will successfully complete all required training and assessments within a specified timeframe.

• Knowledge or experience in stocking, refrigerated products, or customer service.
• Strong problem‑solving and adaptability skills.
• Positive attitude and commitment to member satisfaction.
