Service Administrator

Hiring:
Service Admin Pay: $20 to $25 hourly

Schedule:

We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. You will need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Schedule service appointments by phone, email, and in person.
• Greet customers and direct them to the appropriate service representative.
• Coordinate customer handoffs with Service Advisors.
• Communicate customer needs to dealership staff.
• Process and submit warranty claims accurately and on time.
• Review, correct, and update repair orders and warranty documentation.
• Review service history to prevent duplicate or invalid claims.
• Work with manufacturers and warranty representatives for claim approvals.
• Build positive relationships with manufacturers and warranty providers.
• Manage loaner vehicle agreements and fleet maintenance.
• Track vehicle damage and EZ-Pass violations.
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Automotive dealership or warranty experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with dealership software and Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license

Total Rewards $23.00 to $25 hourly.
