SALES SUPPORT COORDINATOR I - STERLING, VA, HYBRID ROLE - UP TO $45K PER ANNUM

Our client is an established food and consumer products organization focused on quality products, strong customer relationships, and effective sales and service operations.
About the Role
Reporting to the Sales Support Manager, the Sales Support Coordinator I provides administrative, analytical, and operational support to Sales Directors, Vice Presidents, and sales teams. This role supports pricing, reporting, forecasting, customer documentation, and cross-functional coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain price lists, product specifications, customer and vendor forms, sales records, and related documentation.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, budgets, analytical reports, and sales review presentations using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Support sales initiatives by coordinating sample, first-batch, and R&D requests; attending sales meetings; and partnering with Customer Service, Marketing, Quality Assurance, Accounting, and Operations.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous sales support, sales coordination, customer service, business administration, or related experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including demonstrated skill in Microsoft Excel and Power Point .
- Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, communication, and detail-oriented skills.
- Ability to manage competing deadlines, work independently, and collaborate across teams in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting sales teams, Sales Directors, or senior sales leadership.
- Experience preparing sales reports, forecasts, budgets, or presentations.
- Familiarity with pricing, customer documentation, or product specifications.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in food, consumer products, manufacturing, distribution, or a related industry.
