The Hotel Security Guard plays an essential role in maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for our guests, associates, and visitors. This position is responsible for monitoring hotel activity, conducting routine property patrols, responding to security concerns, and protecting hotel assets while consistently demonstrating exceptional hospitality. The ideal candidate is observant, dependable, professional, and capable of responding calmly and effectively to challenging situations.

This position requires a proactive approach to safety, strong communication skills, and a commitment to providing guests with peace of mind throughout their stay.

• Conduct regular patrols of the hotel's interior and exterior, including parking areas, guest corridors, stairwells, entrances, public spaces, and designated back-of-house areas.
• Maintain a visible and professional security presence throughout the property.
• Monitor hotel activity for suspicious behavior, unauthorized access, safety hazards, and potential security threats.
• Monitor security cameras, alarm systems, and access control equipment as assigned.
• Ensure designated entrances, exits, and restricted areas are appropriately secured.
• Identify and report maintenance issues or unsafe conditions that could impact guest or associate safety.
• Support the prevention of theft, vandalism, property damage, and unauthorized activity.

• Provide a welcoming, courteous, and professional presence for guests and visitors.
• Respond promptly to guest concerns involving safety, security, noise complaints, or disruptive behavior.
• Assist guests with general questions, directions, and other reasonable requests.
• Address security concerns respectfully while maintaining guest privacy and dignity.
