As a Water Mitigation Technician based in Sterling, VA
, you’ll be the boots-on-the-ground first responder when disaster strikes. You’ll be responsible for:

• Responding to water and fire damage emergencies at residential and commercial properties
• Setting up drying equipment and performing demolition, extraction, and containment
• Performing mold remediation and cleaning affected areas according to industry standards
• Using hand and power tools to complete restoration and cleanup work
• Maintaining job site cleanliness and customer satisfaction throughout the process
• Communicating effectively with teammates and customers to ensure smooth project completion

• Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on experience in water damage mitigation or restoration
• IICRC certification required (must have or be able to obtain immediately)
• Strong working knowledge of fire damage cleanup and mold remediation
• Comfortable using a variety of hand and power tools
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work in confined spaces, and remain active throughout the shift
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Must be customer-service oriented and capable of working under pressure
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes and timelines
