We are seeking a Sheet Metal Mechanic to join our growing team. This role is responsible for the fabrication, installation, repair, welding, maintenance, and inspection of sheet metal systems. Working under the direction of a Foreman, the Sheet Metal Mechanic will play a key role in delivering high‑quality work safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

• Fabricate, install, repair, and maintain sheet metal systems.
• Perform welding, cutting, and inspections in line with safety and quality standards.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and other equipment required for the trade.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Collaborate with the Foreman and crew to meet project timelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• 2+ years of sheet metal experience (fabrication, repairs, and inspections).
• Knowledge of welding materials, refrigeration systems, and basic electrical components.
• Proficient in the use of hand tools, measuring devices, and small electric tools.
• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work independently when required.
• Willingness to travel to various worksites across the DMV region.

Salary: $25 – $35 per hour
