Pay: $17.00–$20.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

We offer high‑quality training and a team environment where apprentices can thrive and grow into licensed professionals.

• Assist electricians with residential service work and installations.
• Observe and learn proper techniques, tools, and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site and vehicle.
• Wear floor savers and protect client property during visits.
• Handle tools, materials, and documentation as directed.
• Participate in team meetings, training, and development activities.
• Represent Absolute Electric professionally at all times.

• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Mechanical aptitude and hands‑on interest in the trades.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and behavior.
• Willingness to work hard and take direction.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Lift up to 50 lbs regularly and carry equipment 250 feet unassisted.
• Use ladders and hand/power tools safely.
• Work in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and tight areas.
• Tolerate dust, debris, and occasional unpleasant smells.
• Stand or work on concrete or uneven surfaces for extended periods.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Willingness to work more than 40 hours per week as needed.

• $17‑$20 per hour starting pay.
• $1,000 bonus each month you hit your revenue goal for the first year once you reach the technician level.
• Tuition fee is provided with a one‑year contract.
