This position focuses on the site management and installation of security solutions for new and existing clients, working alongside internal teams, external teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure project success.

• Follow and track project scheduling.
• Direct subcontractor and internal resource communications.
• Manage and coordinate multiple technicians and subcontractors.
• Read and understand written specifications, drawings, and controlling documents. Maintain current and accurate documentation of systems.
• Perform installation and training as required on implemented control systems.
• Troubleshoot and maintain new and existing control systems for customers.
• Coordinate project activities with appropriate parties internally and externally.
• Document and communicate necessary project changes and subsequently implement the changes.
• Perform all work in a manner consistent with policies, procedures, and standards.
• Complete final testing and acceptance of security systems.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Working knowledge of general access control systems;
  Lenel and Genetec knowledge is preferred.
• Thorough understanding of electronic security systems and the onsite labor required for installations.
• Skills/experience using Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.
• Ability to be creative and resourceful in obtaining solutions to uncommon applications.
• Ability to effectively work independently and in a team atmosphere.
• Strong organization skills, time management, and attention to detail.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast‑paced environment.
• Customer focus and a strong commitment to client satisfaction.
• Physical/Electronic Security experience 5‑7 years.
