• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing and drainage systems
• Install and maintain fixtures, pipes, water heaters, and sump pumps
• Educate homeowners on maintenance, care, and upgrade options
• Use new and emerging technology to enhance service quality
• Ensure all work meets plumbing codes and safety standards

• 2+ years of residential plumbing experience preferred
• Strong technical and diagnostic skills with modern tools and systems
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work in crawl spaces or tight areas

• Top Pay + Invoice Profit Sharing – no cap
