Role – Delivering Comfort Through CARE

As an HVAC Service Technician you’ll bring skill, curiosity, and professionalism to every home you visit. You’ll diagnose, repair, and optimize systems — including high‑efficiency and geothermal units — using the latest tools and technology.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of residential HVAC experience (geothermal or advanced systems a plus)
• EPA Certification II or Universal (NATE preferred)
• Strong troubleshooting skills with heat pumps, air handlers, and duct systems
• Customer‑first attitude with professional communication
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in crawl spaces, attics, and outdoors
