Sterling Exotics is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Luxury Service Technician to join our elite team in Sterling, Virginia. This is a rare opportunity to work hands‑on with some of the most prestigious and performance‑driven vehicles in the world—including Lamborghinis, McLarens, and Rolls‑Royces.

• Perform advanced diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on ultra‑luxury and exotic vehicles
• Ensure all work meets the highest standards of performance, safety, and brand quality
• Use factory diagnostic tools, service manuals, and technical software
• Maintain detailed and accurate repair documentation
• Collaborate with service advisors, parts personnel, and fellow technicians
• Treat every vehicle with white‑glove care and attention to detail

• 5+ years of professional technician experience, preferably with exotic or ultra‑luxury vehicles
• Prior experience working on brands such as Lamborghini, McLaren, Rolls‑Royce, Ferrari, or Bentley is strongly preferred
• Advanced diagnostic and electrical systems knowledge
• ASE certifications or OEM‑specific training a plus
• Strong work ethic and commitment to quality
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
