• Travel nationally to various project sites for construction management and electrical installations.
• Plan, organize, and oversee daily operations of job crews.
• Recruit, train, and manage employees in compliance with HR policies.
• Review project plans, technical drawings, and contract specifications.
• Attend coordination meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Monitor and document job progress using tracking tools.
• Communicate accurate information through RFIs, memos, and reports.
• Submit QA/QC reports, as-built drawings, and other deliverables.
• Supervise and guide crew performance throughout projects.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Apply knowledge of National Electrical Code (NEC) as needed.
• Manage tool control and inventory on-site.
• Maintain a clean and safe job site daily.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to operate construction equipment safely and proficiently.
• Physical capability for lifting, climbing, bending, and extended standing.
• Willingness to work in varied weather conditions and at heights.
• Experience with BMS and EPMS systems in data centers or critical facilities.
• Knowledge of raceway pathways, cable pulls, device/panel terminations, and rigid conduit installation.
• Skilled in wire pulling, blueprint reading, and mechanical/electrical schematics.
• Familiarity with NEC and OSHA safety standards.
• Commitment to Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) policies.
• Ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects and coordinate with subcontractors and clients.

• Lift up to 60 lbs and transport up to 20 feet.
• Stand for extended periods; frequent stretching, reaching, walking, stooping, and pushing/pulling in varied environments (hot, cold, noisy, wet).
