You greet them with a smile, diagnose the issue, explain options clearly, complete the repair, and perform preventative maintenance so they can relax with reliable comfort. By mid-day, you handle a cooling performance call, then a tune-up, documenting findings and recommending smart fixes.

What you will do Deliver in-home HVAC service: troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential heating and cooling systems.

Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and tune-ups.

Communicate clearly with customers, present options, and provide 5-star service.

Document work performed and collaborate with dispatch and team members.

Earnings, incentives, and sign-onBase pay up to $40/hour with an additional bonus plan in addition to base pay.

Our HVAC Service experts can earn up to $40+/hr with bonuses and incentives.

With our tools, resources, and training, technicians are able to make over $48 per hour.

Our best technicians make over $ per year.

Up to $5K sign on bonus.
