Coach with Loudoun Soccer Minis Powered by Soccer Stars! We are partnering with Loudoun Soccer Club to launch Loudoun Soccer Minis—an early childhood development program through soccer. We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable individuals in Greater Loudoun to coach children ages 1 to 5 in engaging, age-appropriate soccer activities that build confidence, coordination, and character.

This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone with experience working with children (teacher, coach, camp counselor, nanny, caregiver) who is excited about making a lasting impact. We provide hands-on training, a flexible schedule, and performance-based incentives. New coaches start at $35 per hour, with the potential to earn up to $50 per hour as you grow within the program. Full-day Saturday coaching opportunities are available during Open Enrollment season, and training begins in August.

• Lead children ages 1–5 in engaging, age-appropriate soccer activities
• Provide a non-competitive, fun, and stress-free class environment
• Offer individual attention to help each child succeed
• Use positive reinforcement to encourage progress and celebrate successes
• Attend regular trainings and follow the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual

• Commit to up to 8 hours per Saturday for all 7 Saturdays of the Fall Season (9/6/2025 – 10/18/2025) with potential make-up on 10/25/2025
• Reliable communication and transportation

• 18 years or older
• No soccer experience required

All 7 Saturdays of the Fall Season (9/6/2025 – 10/18/2025) with potential make-up on 10/25/2025. Up to 8 hours of work each Saturday (morning and afternoon).

Classes are held across Loudoun County, VA and surrounding areas in pre-schools, parks, and recreational centers. Coaches may travel up to an hour to reach a class location.
