The Laurels of Steubenville’s Central Supply Coordinator/Scheduler provides staffing and scheduling for nursing staff to ensure the highest degree of quality care for residents at all times. The role also includes monitoring inventory and ordering supplies.

• Prepare and maintain nursing department schedules to meet state mandated staffing ratios (PPD).
• Monitor overtime and adjust staffing daily based on census needs.
• Maintain daily roster sheets for each shift.
• Review previous day’s time‑clock punches with schedules.
• Monitor supplies inventory and recommend when to replenish orders.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• STNA certification preferred.
