Performs nuclear medicine procedures at a technical level requiring limited or no supervision of technical detail. Performs a variety of technical procedures utilizing existing standards as a guide. Demonstrates the ability to utilize independent judgment in the completion of routine exams procedures. Assumes responsibility for designated areas or procedures as required in conjunction with a Nuclear Medicine Tech III, or in absence of supervisor and may be assigned station fill position within other areas of the department.
Can and will take "call duty" within assigned area as required. Assures compliance to all NRC, state, JCAHO, ODH, DOT and other regulatory bodies through ongoing review of required documentation and system analysis. Recognizes the purpose of employment is to prioritize the patient as number one, and to put forth the utmost quality as a technologist.

- Education:
Completion of a formal Radiologic Technology training program in an AMA-approved school specializing in Nuclear Medicine Technology. - Certification:
Must be registered or present evidence of registry with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists as an R.T.
-N or the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board as a CNMT. - Licensure:
Must possess current Ohio License within area of assignment. - Training and
Experience:
Training as stated above. No professional experience required. - Certification/Training: BLS provider or obtain within 3 months of hire.

Employment contingent upon successful completion of physical examination. Must be physically able to perform all job duties as assigned.
