PRN Physical Therapist – Steubenville, OH

Position Overview:

We are seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to provide exceptional care to patients in a skilled nursing setting. This flexible role is perfect for a therapist looking to make a difference while working on their own schedule.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate and treat patients to restore, maintain, and improve physical function and mobility
Develop individualized treatment plans and track progress according to facility standards
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care
Deliver compassionate, patient-centered services

Requirements:

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Active Ohio PT license
Strong clinical reasoning, documentation, and communication skills
Previous SNF experience preferred but not required
B.S. Masters or DPT in Physical Therapy.
Licensed in the state(s) where services are being provided as a Physical Therapist.
