We are representing a globally recognized Fortune 500 manufacturing organization, an industry leader in their space, and we are actively seeking a senior level Human Resources Manager.
The Human Resources Manager will report to the VP/General Manager and work closely with the VP Human Resources.
Position Overview- Candidate will report to the VP/General Manager and have a strong dotted line relationship with VP HR.
- Candidate will have complete ownership over the Human Resources function of a 500+ employee unionized campus.
- Provides practical, consistent, and pro‑active support, direction, and advice to plant management, supervisors, and employees on complex HR, Employee Relations, and regulatory issues.
- Directs local activities supporting company initiatives including employee engagement, succession planning, training, employee development, production system management, and other initiatives.
- Works closely with senior leadership to define departmental budgets, operational KPIs & deliverables, and overall plant strategy.
- Operates in a unionized environment.
- Bachelor’s Degree is required. Advanced degree and/or certifications are a plus.
- At least 5 years of plant‑level HR leadership experience within a union environment.
- Manufacturing experience preferred.
