American Traveler is hiring an experienced Home Health RN with OASIS and Home Care Home Base (HCHB) EMR experience for a geriatric caseload in the Steubenville, OH area.
Requirements- Active RN license (OH or Compact) in hand
- Current BLS certification
- Minimum 1 year of recent home health experience required
- OASIS experience required
- Home Care Home Base (HCHB) EMR experience required
- Home health setting serving an adult geriatric patient population
- Caseload averages 5-7 patients per day
- Schedule is Monday through Friday with possibility of weekends, Day shift (5x8, 8:00-17:00)
- On-call responsibilities required, details to be discussed during interview
- Territory covers up to a 60-mile radius from the hub office
- Required to be flexible with assigned territory
- Provide skilled nursing care to adult geriatric home health patients
- Scrubs required in any color, no jeans permitted
- iPad provided for charting; personal cell phone not required
- Mileage reimbursed at the IRS standard rate
- First-time travelers will not be considered for this position
- Local candidates accepted at the travel rate
