Servicing Area: Belmont and Jefferson Counties
- NO weekends
- NO on-call
- NO skilled nursing caseload

- Enable patients to stay independent while they remain in their own homes.
- Perform routine supervisory visits to evaluate the plan of care and supervise delivery of excellent client service.
- Complete initial Starts of Care.
- Present educational in-service trainings
- Communicate with Case Managers and other members of the care team
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and current RN licensure.
- 1 year of nursing experience.
- Medicaid and or Home care experience preferred
- Must be willing to travel to Belmont and Jefferson Counties.
- Must be able to travel locally in your own vehicle, and possess a valid driver's license and appropriate automobile insurance coverage.
