This is a full-time, on-site role based in Stevenage for a Client Lead. The Client Lead will manage client relationships, oversee customer satisfaction, and ensure an exceptional client experience. Responsibilities include addressing client needs, coordinating with internal teams, providing tailored accounting advice, and ensuring high levels of customer service. The role will involve combining your communication and problem-solving skills to build strong, lasting partnerships with clients.

• Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain Customer Satisfaction, deliver excellent Customer Service, and enhance Customer Experience.
• Organisational and time-management skills to effectively manage multiple client accounts and deadlines.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in practice.
• Proficiency in using accounting software and tools is a plus.
