Are you super‑organised, calm under pressure and great with people? We’re looking for two Resource Planners to join our friendly team in Stevenage! If you love problem‑solving and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes this could be the perfect role for you.
What the job is aboutAs our new Resource Planner you’ll play a key part in making sure our repairs and maintenance service runs like clockwork. You’ll book appointments for residents, keep an eye on progress and ensure our operatives are in the right place at the right time.
Day‑to‑day responsibilities- Book repair appointments and ensure everything stays on track
- Make sure operatives are fully booked and working efficiently
- Follow up on emergencies and missed jobs
- Keep diaries up to date with holidays, training and any follow‑on work
- Check daily progress to make sure all jobs are completed on time
• Experience using scheduling software in a busy customer‑focused environment.
• Bonus points for prior experience in repairs or maintenance.
• Strong communication, team‑player attitude and a passion for organisation.
Additional detailsInterview date:
Monday 15th December 2025 at our Borehamwood office.
Hybrid role with a base location at our Stevenage office. You should be prepared to travel to Stevenage once a month for a team meeting and for 1–2 weeks initially for training.
You must be eligible to work in the UK; this role does not offer visa sponsorship. You are required to reside in England or Wales for the duration of your employment.
