Receptionist, Administrative​/Clerical

Temporary Receptionist required for some ad hoc dates in March, April and May including some Saturdays and Sundays.

Based in Stevenage.

Weekdays and Saturdays: 9.00am to 6.00pm, Sundays: 10.00am to 4.00pm.

Based on a busy reception area.

Duties include Meeting and greeting visitors, answering the telephone, diverting calls and taking messages, making sure the reception area is always keeping reception area tidy.

Person Specification:

Previous reception experience or in a busy customer facing role.

Extremely well presented and well spoken.

Very diplomatic with a warm and friendly manner.

Highly professional and well spoken.
