We are currently recruiting for a Part-Time Administrator to join a busy and growing team based in Stevenage. This is a varied administration role where you will be supporting with the day-to-day coordination of jobs and ensuring internal systems and processes are kept up to date.
Responsibilities- Raising and processing jobs on the internal system
- Managing and responding to the Solutions mailbox
- Supporting with alerting and invoicing transactions on the CRM system
- Chasing and liaising with new suppliers
- Updating spreadsheets and tracking ongoing jobs
- Providing general administrative support to the wider team
- Ensuring all information is accurate and updated efficiently
- Previous administration experience within an office environment
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Able to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Reliable and proactive with a positive attitude
