You'll be the essential link ensuring customer orders flow flawlessly, from sales team intake to operations, dispatch, and delivery. If you love keeping things running like a well‑oiled machine, this one's for you.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with an established portfolio of business clients.
  • Manage shared inboxes and phone lines, responding to customer enquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Support Goods In processes and resolve product‑related queries.
  • Process customer orders from start to finish ensuring accuracy at all times.
  • Monitor delivery schedules and liaise with suppliers to update them.
  • Coordinate returns and credits with accuracy.
  • Assist with export compliance documentation alongside the Export Administrator.
  • Manage quarantine stock.
  • Act as first point of contact for all queries relating to open orders.
  • Expedite shipments to maintain operational flow.
