Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm ( 37 contracted hours per week)

Salary : starting from 26224.12 up to 29,925.

We’re looking for a Transport Administrator to join our Transport Compliance team. This is a detail‑focused administrative role where you’ll help keep our fleet records accurate, support compliance with legal and safety requirements, and ensure the smooth running of transport processes.

Working as part of a team, you’ll mainly support internal stakeholders, handling queries, maintaining systems and producing reports to keep everything running efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • Maintaining and updating accurate records within Fleet Wave and other vehicle systems
  • Ensuring vehicle and insurance data is kept up to date, including updates to the Motor Insurance Database
  • Handling internal queries and correspondence, providing timely and effective resolutions
  • Compiling and producing reports to support transport operations and compliance requirements
  • Supporting the day‑to‑day administration of the Transport department, including electronic filing and system checks
  • Providing administrative support for company car processes and accident management
Qualifications
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling data and systems
  • Experience working in an administrative or office-based role
  • Confident using Microsoft Excel and other systems to manage and track information
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
  • A logical approach to problem solving and resolving queries
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders
