About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Business Development Associate to join their growing team. This is a highly developmental position designed for an ambitious individual with long-term leadership potential.
The role offers significant exposure to international markets and high-value projects, with structured training and mentorship provided over an 18 to 24 month period. The successful candidate will work closely with senior colleagues to support new business activity and manage client relationships across Europe and the Middle East.
Projects can be valued up to £500,000, requiring professionalism, emotional maturity, and a consultative approach.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting international business development activity across Europe and the Middle East
Building and nurturing new and existing client relationships
Assisting in the delivery and coordination of high-value projects
Attending client meetings and site visits alongside senior team member
Communicating clearly and professionally with international stakeholders
Supporting account management and project management processes
Maintaining accurate client and project records
Candidate Requirements
Experience with in consultative sales
Account management and project coordination capability
Professional and emotionally mature approach to client relationships
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to adapt communication style to suit international audiences
Willingness to learn and commit to long-term development
Ambition to progress into a future leadership position
