Join our innovative team in Stevenage as the Head of Business Development and lead the charge in expanding our footprint in Immunology testing and in vitro models. This pivotal role offers the chance to shape strategic growth, build lasting client relationships, and work alongside co‑founders at industry‑leading events.

• Proven track record in sales within life sciences, chemical, or pharma sectors, consistently generating revenues over £1M/year
• Strong understanding of drug discovery, laboratory services, and regulatory landscape
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
• Ability to support, motivate, and develop a small sales and marketing team
• Willingness to travel and be actively involved in client‑facing activities
• Full UK driver’s license

• Previous experience in immunology
• Scientific background with a transition into business development

• Several years of proven sales success in CRO or related industries
• Leadership experience in a small, dynamic environment

• Must be based within commuting distance to Stevenage
