Job Overview
You’ll be working in a small and friendly Reward & Benefits team, supporting the UK business with pay-related activities. This is a Fixed Term Contract for approximately 9 months, or it could be considered an hourly contract. Salary is around £35,000 to £42,000 depending on experience.
Working ConditionsDynamic (hybrid) working: 1-2 days per week on-site subject to business needs.
Security clearance may apply. Successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS) managed by the MBDA Personnel Security Team.

- Monitor the inbox to review and process promotion requests.
- Analyze market data and benchmarking information to ensure competitive pay structures.
- Support data migration projects.
- Job Evaluation Panel support.
- Refresh and maintain job mapping data.
- Conduct salary compliance checks.
- Support execution of cyclical processes such as salary survey submissions, salary review processes, and incentive schemes.
- Carry out regular pay analysis work, making recommendations and presenting findings under the guidance of the Reward Lead.
- Supply robust data when needed to support other actions.
- Handle queries, such as ad hoc benchmarking or pay analysis.
- Experience in a similar role or in an HR department.
- Good Excel skills for analyzing, merging, and comparing data (lookups, pivot tables, etc.).
- Attention to detail and ability to work with large data sets.
- Ability to create accurate management information for business use.
- Initiative-driven, capable of working independently.
- Strong analytical skills and a goal-oriented approach.
- Committed, proactive, and team-oriented mindset.
- Understanding of GDPR and protection of sensitive information.
