Hertfordshire County Council's Children’s Services is seeking a Change Manager to lead change management for the SEND Reform Plan. The role is based at Farnham House, Stevenage with hybrid working; expected in the office 3-4 days a month, with travel across Hertfordshire.
The post is a Fixed Term/Secondment for 2 years. You will work with partners across the SEND Local Area Partnership, including local authority services, health, education and parent carer representatives, delivering change
