MBDA UK is seeking a Security Culture Improvement & Incident Manager to drive improvements in security policies, procedures and practices across MBDA, and oversee security incidents.
The role focuses on identifying vulnerabilities, leading incident response, and coordinating investigations, while developing and maintaining a comprehensive security improvement strategy in line with GovS 007 and relevant standards. The position is hybrid with on-site two days a week, and BPSS checks are required.
