- North London We're seeking a Customs Compliance Senior Specialist to support our UK-based US Customs Compliance team. This role combines compliance, operations, reporting, and stakeholder management to help ensure the smooth and compliant import of merchandise into the US.

Key responsibilities:

Support and oversee third-party Trade Compliance providers.

Monitor KPIs, workflows, and compliance performance.

Investigate and resolve import clearance issues.

Produce reports, analytics, and process improvement recommendations.

Maintain procedures, training materials, and compliance guidance.

Support billing administration, project work, and stakeholder communications.

What we're looking for:

Experience in Customs Compliance, Trade Compliance, Logistics, or Supply Chain.

Strong organisational, administrative, and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.

A proactive, detail-oriented individual with a continuous improvement mindset.
