About the Company:

Our client is a well-established contractor based in Liverpool, operating across office, education, and industrial warehouse sectors. With a strong focus on quality and client satisfaction, the company is now expanding its team to meet increasing demand.

The Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic Estimator to join a growing team of three, reporting directly to the Managing Estimator. The successful candidate will have a keen understanding of material costs and be able to work effectively under pressure while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate cost estimates for projects, including glazing, ceilings, walls, and partitions. Work collaboratively with the Managing Estimator to allocate and manage job opportunities. Support the team in responding to tender opportunities and pricing requests. Maintain awareness of material and labour costs to ensure competitive and profitable bids. Assist in the planning and scheduling of projects to meet client deadlines.

Requirements:
Strong understanding of construction materials, costs, and project estimating. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication and team-working skills. Enthusiastic, proactive, and adaptable approach to work. Previous experience in office, education, or industrial warehouse sectors is desirable. Benefits & Working Arrangements:
