Assistant Quantity Surveyor Office Fit Out | West End, London £45,000 – £55,000  Package Progression to Quantity Surveyor Take on real commercial responsibility from day one. This is an opportunity for an ambitious Assistant QS to join a growing fit-out contractor delivering Cat A & Cat B office projects across Central London. You’ll be involved in the full project lifecycle and given the chance to step beyond a support role quickly.

The Role You’ll support the commercial delivery of office fit-out projects typically ranging from £100k to £5m, with most projects around the £1m mark. Key duties include:
Assisting with procurement and subcontractor management
• Pricing and managing variations
• Preparing valuations and payment applications
• Supporting cost reporting and final accounts
