This is a full‑time on‑site role for an M&E Commercial Assistant located in Stevenage. The M&E Commercial Assistant will coordinate and manage various aspects of Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) projects including assisting with cost management, supplier relationships, procurement processes, and project documentation. Additional responsibilities include supporting the commercial team with monitoring project budgets, liaising with subcontractors, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
The role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure seamless project operations.

Qualifications- Experience with project coordination, cost management, and supplier relationships in the construction or M&E sector
- Proficiency in drafting and managing procurement documentation and maintaining project records
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with team members, clients, and subcontractors
- Knowledge of compliance standards and industry best practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and familiarity with project management systems
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in construction, engineering, or a related field are preferred
- Punctual, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks within deadline
